All units and initiatives operating under the WeSantal Ecosystem are internal, non-statutory, and programme-based divisions of the organization. They are voluntary cultural and educational initiatives and do not function as government boards, statutory councils, regulatory bodies, or statutory authorities.

Developing bilingual educational materials and promoting learning resources for the Santali language and Ol Chiki script.

Gathering oral histories, sacred grove traditions, and festive knowledge from elders and community practitioners.
Publishing & Access
Curating and distributing printed guides, calendar sheets, and digital archives for open cultural learning.
